Pilates I mit Elena Rebeccato

Participants are asked to fill out this form prior to attendance so that Elena can prepare the class according to the participants needs.

About the class

The class focuses on building deep strength, stability, coordination, and inner support for the dancing body. Through grounding mobility exercises, continuous movement sequences, resistance work, and full-body conditioning, we will develop core integration, endurance, alignment, and body awareness while moving with flow and precision. Every two weeks, the focus shifts toward different physical and energetic areas of the body, creating a progressive training system that supports dance practice, performance, recovery, and injury prevention. Together we will explore the relationship between strength and mobility, control and release, rhythm and coordination. The sessions combine dynamic movement, small props, and added resistance to challenge muscular stability and postural support while allowing each participant to work at their own pace and intensity. Expect a strong and energizing practice that leaves you feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to your body. In collaboration with physiotherapists and movement specialists, the class is continuously informed by anatomical research and sustainable training practices in order to offer dancers supportive and high-quality physical conditioning. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water if needed.
