After our first guest performance in Georgia with »Travelogue - Twenty to eight« in October 2015 Sasha Waltz's choreography »Continu« is invited to the GIFT - Georgian International Festival of Arts in Tbilisi. The 20. and 21. of October the archaic piece will be performed at the Georgian National Opera Theatre. Sasha Waltz & Guests is grateful to play another time in the Georgian capital and honored to contribute in the frame of the German Georgian year 2017.
Sasha Waltz' latest choreography »Women« - choreographic ritual - will premiere the 30. of August 2017 at St. Elisabeth Kirche in Berlin. Sasha Waltz & Guests is looking forward to show four more performances as part of Tanz im August.
»Women« is a choreographic ritual celebrated by a group of female dancers. Already in previous works such as »Medea« (2007), »Jagden und Formen (Zustand 2008)«, »Dialoge 09 – Neues Museum« (2009) and »Sacre« (2013) Sasha Waltz includes choreographic scenes with ritualistic inventions by women.
Sasha Waltz & Guests is regulary invited to the Romaeuropa Festival. This year the company will show Sasha Waltz's latest work »Kreatur« from the 20th to the 23rd of September 2017. The ticket sale has begun.
Sasha Waltz & Guests will travel to Lisboa. After performances in Berlin and Roma the company will perform »Kreatur« the 4th and 5th of October 2017 at Centro Cultural de Belém.
Last year Sasha Waltz & Guests presented the project »UN/RUHE Freispiel 2016« together with the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie Frankfurt at Kunstfest Weimar. This year, Sasha Waltz & Guests will be a guest again, this time with »Allee der Kosmonauten« the 19. and 20th of August. There are still some tickets available!
With her choreographic work, Sasha Waltz has always sought to be in dialogue with other art forms. In her new production, she collaborates with the artist and fashion designer Iris van Herpen, the light designer Urs Schönebaum and Soundwalk Collective for the first time.
This March and April 2017, Sasha Waltz & Guests brings the legendary choreography »Körper« by Sasha Waltz again back to Berlin: We will show the piece - after four sold-out shows in last November – at the Haus der Berliner Festspiele.
For the first time after its world premiere in Brussels in 2011 and guest performances at our european partners we will show »Matsukaze« by Sasha Waltz (choreography) & Toshio Hosokawa (composition) overseas.

»Sacre« by Sasha Waltz is touring for the sixth time in 2016. After performances in Berlin, Madrid, Pamplona, San Sebastian and Hannover the Compagnie is traveling to St. Pölten. The 24. of September the evening in 3 parts is staged at Festpielhaus St. Pölten!
