On 11 March »Beethoven 7«, the new two-part evening by Sasha Waltz & Guests, will receive its world premiere at Radialsystem, Berlin: a choreography by Sasha Waltz to Ludwig van Beethoven's 7th symphony and to a commissioned work by contemporary composer Diego Noguera. The first tour of the year takes us to Hamburg. In early February, »In C« can be experienced at Kampnagel.

Sasha Waltz has been nominated for »In C« for the New York Dance & Performance Award The Bessies in the category »Outstanding Choreographer/Creator«! How fitting that our program at the Berlin Radialsystem in December will also revolve round »In C«: we will perform the choreography from December 8 to 11 with live music by the renowned Mahler Chamber Orchestra. The performance on December 10th will be with an audio description for persons with vision impairment or low vision.
After a pause of 4 years, Sasha Waltz‘ version of Claudio Monteverdi's »Orfeo« returns to the stage and will be performed in Spain for the first time from November 20 to 24 at Teatro Real in Madrid.
In October and November the colorful piece »In C« by Sasha Waltz is on tour again, this time with stops in Strassbourg, Rotterdam and Karlsruhe.
»SYM-PHONIE MMXX«, a piece for dance, light and orchestra by Sasha Waltz and Georg Friedrich Haas, received its world premiere on March 13th 2022 at Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin and will go on tour for the first time October 7th and 8th to the 26th International Ballet Festival in Lodz.
In September we pack our bags again to take »In C« on tour to Rome, where we will be guests again at the renowned festival romaeuropa.
On September 10th and 11th the city of Marl in North Rhine-Westphalia will become stage and protagonist. The German choreographer Sasha Waltz with »In C – Marler Partitur« developed a project that aims to incorporate the city’s architecture as well as its population.
