In a survey concerning morality, the quest for immortality and reproduction in the age of genetic manipulation Sasha Waltz presents the inner human body and the outer shell - its beauty and its ugliness, its mortality and the dream of the perfect body. What is the body? How is it made? The human organism is considered in segment and as a whole system - the thirteen dancers generate an extraordinarily rich assortment of movement. The anatomy examined finds its analogue in the geometry of the performance space.
